摘要:IN THIS STUDY,ESTER-AMIDE EXCHANGE REACTION AND CHAIN EXTENSION REACTION BETWEEN POLY(BUTYLENE SUCC...IN THIS STUDY,ESTER-AMIDE EXCHANGE REACTION AND CHAIN EXTENSION REACTION BETWEEN POLY(BUTYLENE SUCCINATE) (PBS) AND POLY(HEXAMETHYLENE (ISO-CO-TERE) PHTHALAMIDE) (PA6ICOT) WERE CARRIED OUT UNDER MELTING CONDITIONS IN A LIST HORIZONTAL REACTOR AND TWIN-SCREW EXTRUDER,RESPECTIVELY.SUPERCRITICAL CARBON DIOXIDE (SCCO2) WAS INTRODUCED DURING THE REACTION PROCESS.THE RESULTS SHOW THAT RANDOM AND BLOCKY ALIPHATIC ESTERS-SEMIAROMATIC AMIDE COPOLYMERS WITH HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT CAN BE OBTAINED WITH SUITABLE CATALYST OR CHAIN EXTENDER.USING SCCO2 CAN EFFECTIVELY ENHANCE THE REACTIONS.CHARACTERIZATIONS,SUCH AS CHAIN END CARBOXYL CONCENTRATION,SOLUBILITY PROPERTIES,INFRARED SPECTRA,NMR SPECTRA,WERE UTILIZED TO REVEAL THE REACTION MECHANISM PATHWAY AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF PRODUCT OBTAINED UNDER VARIOUS CONDITIONS.THE EFFECTS OF REACTION ON THE PHASE MORPHOLOGY WERE STUDIED BY SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY.SYSTEMATIC INVESTIGATION ON CRYSTALLIZATION KINETICS,CRYSTAL MORPHOLOGY AND STRUCTURE OF THE REACTION PRODUCTS WERE CONDUCTED.THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MICROSTRUCTURE,PHASE MORPHOLOGY AND THERMAL PROPERTIES,MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND DEGRADATION PROPERTIES WERE REVEALED.FOUR KINDS OF THERMODYNAMIC MODELS WERE USED TO PREDICT THE SOLUBILITY OF SUPERCRITICAL FLUIDS IN POLYMER,PROVIDING INFORMATION OF THE AMOUNT OF SCCO2 USED IN THE REACTION PROCESS.THIS WORK SHOWS THAT,SCCO2 ASSISTED CHAIN EXTENSION REACTION BETWEEN IS THE PREFERRED WAY TO PREPARE ALIPHATIC ESTERS-SEMIAROMATIC AMIDE COPOLYMER WITH HIGH MOLECULAR WEIGHT.THE PRODUCT POSSES BETTER THERMAL PROPERTIES,MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND DEGRADATION PERFORMANCE THAN PBS.显示全部
