摘要: IN THE PRESENT WORK, PRE-SHEAR WAS INTRODUCED INTO MELTING HDPE MELT BY A MODIFIED INJECTION MO... IN THE PRESENT WORK, PRE-SHEAR WAS INTRODUCED INTO MELTING HDPE MELT BY A MODIFIED INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE AND THEN SUCH PRE-SHEARED MELT WAS INJECTION MOLDED.THE HIERARCHICAL STRUCTURE AND CRYSTALLINE MORPHOLOGY OF HDPE PART WAS INVESTIGATED BY USING WAXD AND SEM.IT WAS FOUND THAT PRE-SHEAR CAN ENHANCE THE FORMATION OF ORIENTED LAMELLAE IN CORE REGION OF HDPE PART.MORE INTERESTINGLY, SUCH ENHANCING EFFECT BECOMES MORE REMARKABLE WHEN PRE-SHEAR WAS EXERTED AT A RELATIVELY LOW TEMPERATURE AND MECHANICAL PROPERTY WAS PROMOTED SIGNIFICANTLY.显示全部
