摘要:IN THIS ARTICLE,ETHYL PHENYLACETATE(EPA)/ISOPHORONE DIISOCYANATE(IPDI) LOADED NANOCOMPOSITE MICROCA...IN THIS ARTICLE,ETHYL PHENYLACETATE(EPA)/ISOPHORONE DIISOCYANATE(IPDI) LOADED NANOCOMPOSITE MICROCAPSULES WERE PREPARED.THIS MODIFIED ENCAPSULATION PROCEDURE UTILIZED THE INTERRACIAL POLYMERIZATION BETWEEN IPDI AND DIETHYLENETRIAMINE(DETA) TEMPLATED PICKERING DROPLETS STABILIZED BY SIO2 NANOPARTICLES.SIZES OF EPA/IPDI MICROCAPSULES COULD BE CONTROLLED BY ADJUSTING THE OIL CONTENT OF PICKERING EMULSION.AND SIZES OF CAPSULES EXHIBITED A WIDE RANGE DISTRIBUTION.FROM THERMAL GRAVIMETRIC ANALYSIS (TGA),CORE MATERIAL FILL CONTENT WAS ESTIMATED AT 53 WT %.SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPY (SEM) DETERMINATION INDICATED THAT THE CAPSULES HAD ROBUST AND COMPACT WALL,WITH A UNIFORM THICKNESS OF CA.2 μM.THE EMULSIONS STABILIZED BY PARTICLES ARE CALLED PICKERING EMULSIONS.THE THCHNOLOGY BASED ON PICKERING EMULSION TEMPLATE IS POWERFUL TOOL TO PREPARE ORGANIC/INORGANIC HYBRID MIEROPARTICLES WITH A CORE-SHELL STRUCTURE,WHICH HAS A SIGNIFICANT POTENTIAL APPLICATION IN THE FABRICATION FOR MATERIALS WITH A MOCRO-/NANOMETER STRUCTURE.显示全部
