摘　　要： 伴随海洋战略性新兴产业的兴起,浙江省须进一步提高海洋高等教育办学水平,全面对接海洋战略性新兴产业,增强高等教育对海洋经济的支撑引领作用。其海洋学科专业建设的改进策略:科学规划,高端引领涉海学科专业健康发展;整合资源,实现海洋高等教育学科专业资源互动共享;融合统筹,提升海洋高等教育人才培养层次。 With the rise of strategic marine emerging industry, Zhejiang Province should further improve the level of marine higher education and deal comprehensively with strategic marine emerging industries, in order to enhance the leading role of higher education to the marine economy. The improving strategies about the professional construction of marine discipline are as follows ： to plan scientifically and lead correctly the healthy development of marine discipline; to integrate resources and realize the interaction and sharing of professional resources among marine higher education disciplines; to plan as a whole and improve the talent training level of marine higher education.
