摘 要: 学生管理中之所以出现教育伦理问题,有深刻的社会根源和现实羁绊。从教育伦理学角度反思,其根源主要在于教师赋权的神秘主义与经验主义认识论、教师尊重学生权益的法律意识淡薄、教育绩效评价的浓厚功利主义倾向、学生教育维权意识欠缺等。 The frequent occurrence of educational ethical problems in student management has profound social roots and practical fetters.From the perspective of educational ethics,it is mainly caused by the mysticism and empiricism epistemology of teachers’empowerment,the weak legal consciousness of teachers’respect for students’rights and interests,the strong utilitarian tendency of educational performance evaluation,and the lack of students’consciousness of protecting their rights in education.
