摘 要: 结合2003版全国普通高等学校体育教育专业课程方案的培养目标和体育教育专业毕业生的求职意向,了解体育教育专业学生体育专业能力的构成,为当前的体育教学和学生需求能力的发展提供参考依据。认为:体育专业能力包括体育教学能力、运动训练能力、体育科研能力和社会体育指导能力。对能力的培养过程应坚持系统性原则、循序渐进原则和理论与实践相结合原则。提出:树立新型人才培养目标,完善人才培养模式;完善课程建设,培养综合性能力的发展;加强师资建设,提高教学水平;转变学生学习观念,培养多元能力目标;加强实践能力培养,提高体育专业素养。 Combined with the objectives of Curriculum Scheme of P.E. Undergraduate tbr Ordinary College (2003 edition) and their job-seeking intention, this paper aims to understand the constitution of physical education majors" ability, and provides reference for the current physical education teaching and students" ability development. Tile author holds that the sports professional ability includes physical education teaching ability, athletic training ability, sports scientific research ability and social sports guiding ability. The process of cultivating competence should adhere to the systematic principle, gradual and orderly principle and the combination of theory and practice. It is proposed that college should establish new talent cultivation target, perfect talent training mode; perfect curriculum construction, cultivate comprehensive ability development; strengthen teacher construction, improve teaching level; change students" learning concept, cultivate multivariate ability goal; strengthen practical ability cultivation, and improve sports professional quality.
