摘　　要： 企业职工体育是全民健身体育中的重要组成部分,也是企业文化建设的重要内容。以经济较发达的广东省为例,对大型企业改制后职工体育管理体制及职工体育人口现状进行调查研究,结论认为,企业工会管理职工体育模式已不适应市场经济条件下职工对体育多样化的需求,选择企业职工体育新型管理模式,对企业更好地开展职工体育工作具有重要作用。 Staff and worker＇s sports are important in sports for all and an important content of culture construction in enterprises as well. Taking Guangdong province as an example, this paper investigated the sports management system and the current situation of staff and worker＇s sports in large enterprises, so as to explore the management law and new sports management mode in large enterprises.
