摘　　要： 论述了电子信息资源的特点及其优势,提出图书馆应加强电子信息资源建设,从而提高信息服务质量,并且对电子信息资源建设的途径进行了探讨。 This paper discusses on the characteristics and advantages of electronic information resources, puts forward that the construction of electronic information resources should be strengthened so as to improve information service of library, and probes into the ways of constructing electronic information resources.
