摘　　要： 在文秘专业的人才培养过程中,通过专业理论课程、专业实训课程和课外素质活动,多方位不同程度地融入国学教育,可以夯实文秘专业学生的知识架构,强化学生的文学功底,培养学生对国学的兴趣和热爱,提高学生的文字敏感度,提升学生的综合能力与素养,对该专业学生的综合技能甚至专业技能都会有所裨益。具体可以"学习——体验——实操"阶度递进式策略来实现:"学习"——合理设置国学类课程,"体验"——引入体验式学习模式,"实操"——开发国学类实训实践项目。 In the process of cultivating secretarial talents, by blending the specialty theoretical curriculum,the specialty training courses and the extracurriculum for the quality education into National Culture Education in all respects, we can optimize the knowledge framework of the students majoring in secretary, reinforce their literary grounding, cultivate their interest in National Culture, enhance their literary sensitivity, promote their comprehensive ability. And also it will play an important role in the integrating skills learning and even the professional skill learning of the students. Specifically,we can implement the goal through the progressive strategy of learning-experiencing-operating：Learning is to arrange the national culture curriculum logically. Experiencing is to inject experiencing type of learning. Operating is to develop items of National Culture practice.
