摘　　要： 在调查国内外质性研究文献和相关软件手册的基础上,介绍了质性研究范式及其研究步骤,分析了目前常见的质性分析软件特点,对比了它们在编码和检索、可视化以及结论检验等功能上的差异。通过对国内外图书情报学期刊中相关论文的发表情况进行分析,分别从情报学研究的三大领域——情报内容分布规律、信息用户行为研究和信息系统设计等论述了质性研究工具的适用性,并概括出质性分析软件与内容分析软件间的异同点,最后建议可利用质性分析工具来辅助开展混合法研究。 Based on the relevant studies on qualitative data analysis（QDA） and manuals of QDA tools, the authors summarized the background of research paradigm and procedures of qualitative data analysis. Then five typical tools of QDA were introduced whose functions for coding and query, visualization and conclusion verification were also compared. Furthermore, those papers which used QDA tools and were published in library and information science journals were collected. After demonstrating the applicability of QDA tools in those three fields of research, namely, distribution of information, information user research, information system design, the differences and similarities among QDA tools and content analysis softwares were also concluded. Last but not least, it is suggested that researchers should employ QDA tools to conduct mixed methods researches.
