摘　　要： 本文从世界经济和实证角度说明,价值规律导致两极分化的观点是一种固有偏见;市场经济条件下并不存在贫富差距长期扩大趋势,更不必然导致两极分化;克服或缩小个人收入分配差距的根本途径和长期任务是大力发展市场经济。 From the angles of world economy and practical examples, this paper states : The viewpoint that the law of value will bring about two extreme divisions is a kind of innate prejudice; Under the condition of market economy, the long-term enlarging tendancy of the gap between the poor and the rich does not really exist, to say nothing of being bound to bring about two extreme divisions; Our essential way and long -term task to overcome or shrink the distribution gap of personal incomes are to develop market economy on a large scale.
