摘　　要： "产城融合"是现代城市新区建设和区域布局的新理念。目前遭遇"寒冬"的房地产企业可以尝试参与以"产城融合"为新的指导理念的新区建设,抓住机遇、迎接挑战,在实现转型与创新中突破现有发展瓶颈,从而达到促进新型城镇化和新型工业化联合推进的新区建设的目的。 ＂City-Industry Agglomeration＂ is a latest idea for the construction of new districts in cities and district planning. Real estate enterprises, which are now suffering from ＂cold winter＂ , can follow the idea of ＂City-Industry Agglomeration＂ to construct new districts, take advantage of opportunities to cope with challenges so that they can break through the present bottle neck during their transformation and creation and realize the goals of constructing new districts by pushing forward both the new-typed urbanization and industrialization
