摘 要: 本文介绍了多元视角政策分析法的缘起与维度,然后以此为框架,从理性、政治、组织、符号与规范五个维度对中国大陆中外合作办学政策在高等教育中的实践进行了论析。就政策层面而言,从理性与政治视角审视经济政治全球化对中国高等教育国际化的影响及冲击;就实践层面来看,从组织、符号与价值视角探索中外合作高等教育在具体运作中组织制度出现的不适,并进一步剖析其所关涉的社会信任与社会价值问题。 This article begins with an introduction of the multiple perspectives approach to education policy analysis. It then analyses the current higher education policy of Sino-foreign cooperation in China's Mainland from five perspectives. At the policy level, certain contradictions are identified from rational and political perspectives. In particular, while internationalization of higher education might be regarded as a cost-effective education service by the exporting countries; the education importing countries could be at the risk of being post-colonized. At the practice level, problems in implementation, issues of social trust and equality are expounded from the organizational, symbolic and normative perspectives.
