基于Agent的建模方法在复杂适应系统建模中的应用研究

摘  要: 目前,复杂适应系统建模是一个广泛存在的建模问题。受还原论的影响,传统的建模方法不能很好地解决该问题。本文选取的研究视角——基于Agent的建模(Agent Based Modeling,ABM)方法是建立在复杂适应系统(Complex Adaptive System,CAS)理论之上的方法学,适于描述CAS的建模需求。ABM方法主要采用自底向上的建模策略,把Agent作为系统的基本抽象单位;通过研究微观个体的行为来反映宏观系统的复杂现象,为CAS的建模过程提供更为有效的建模依据。  本文对ABM方法学进行再探讨,并选取其中的Gaia方法来解决CAS的建模问题。其主要研究思路与方法表现为:第一,从CAS理论及ABM方法出发,将CAS的建模过程分阶段进行研究。其中,着重讨论Gaia方法在多智能体系统(Multi-Agent System,MAS)分析与设计阶段的建模理论,并针对其薄弱环节作出相应的扩展。第二,选取集成学生系统作为CAS的代表,分析和设计基于Agent的集成学生系统;同时,应用Gaia方法对集成学生系统进行初步建模。第三,引入动态协作任务求解机制,进一步完善基于Agent的集成学生系统建模;而且,把扩展后的Gaia方法应用到集成学生系统的建模过程中。第四,采用Axure工具对集成学生系统的模块和用户界面进行模拟,并使用当前流行的MVC模式对具体模块进行开发,以验证ABM方法对于系统开发的积极推动作用。  通过讨论ABM方法在CAS建模中的应用情况,深入研究Gaia方法并对其进行扩展,探讨基于Agent的集成学生系统的模型架构,完善基于Agent的动态协作任务求解机制。通过建立系统原型并对其具体模块进行编码实现,进一步说明ABM方法对于系统开发的积极推动作用。 The modeling issue of Complex Adaptive System /(CAS/) exists extensively incomplex systems. Affected by reductionism, traditional modeling method can notsolve this issue well. On the basis of CAS theory, Agent Based Modeling /(ABM/)methodology which is researched as an angle of this paper meets the modelingdemand of CAS. It views each basic abstract unit of the system as an Agent, usingbottom-up modeling strategy. And it provides a more effective way to model CAS byinvestigating behaviors of Agents. We had a further discussion on ABM methodology and chose Gaia methodologyto solve the modeling issue of CAS. The thinking and method of this research couldbe described as follows: Firstly, we divided modeling procedure of CAS into stagesbased on CAS theory and ABM methodology. And then we mainly discussed Gaiamethodology in the stage of analysis and design of MAS and proposed the extensionof it. Secondly, selecting the integrated students’ system as a representative of CAS,we analyzed and designed the integrated students’ system based on Agent. In themeanwhile, we used Gaia methodology to model the integrated system. Thirdly, tasksolution of dynamical collaboration mechanism was introduced to model theintegrated students’ system based on Agent. In addition, extension of Gaiamethodology was applied to the modeling of integrated system. Finally, in order tovalidate a pushing effect on system development, we used Axure to simulate theintegrated students’ system and developed some modules of it by MVC mode. Under the discussion of application in CAS using ABM methodology, weadopted Gaia methodology to research it and did some extension of Gaia. At the sametime, we proposed modeling architecture of the integrated students’ system based onAgent, and did some research on the integrated system based on task solution ofdynamical collaboration. In order to certify the promotion of ABM methodology acted at system development,we built up system prototype and simulated some modules ofit.
