摘 要: 分析高职人才协同培养的基本内涵,阐述高职人才协同培养的逻辑与动力,认为高职院校人才协同培养应从培养理念的转变、培养目标的明确、培养模式的优化、课程体系的开发、实践教学的改革、体制机制的创新等方面贯彻产教融合、细化校企合作、做实工学结合。 This paper has analyzed the basic connotation of collaborative talent training in vocational colleges, and talked about the logic and motivation of the collaborative training. It has come to a conclusion that the collaborative talent training must start from the changes in talent training ideology, the clarification of training objectives, the optimization of training modes, curriculum systems development,the reforms in practical education, and the mechanism innovation as well. In these aspects, productionteaching combination, perfection in college-enterprise cooperation and realization in work-integrated learning must be taken into consideration.
