摘　　要： 由于智能手机与用户间存在亲密关系以及其独特的公众属性,使其与其他设备大相径庭,故不适合用传统的技术使用理论解释其使用行为。文章将心理学中的依恋理论引入智能手机使用的研究中,提出智能手机功能性依赖与智能手机身份认同是影响智能手机深度使用的关键因素。通过收集271份有效问卷,并采用结构方程模型进行分析,模型得到了验证。研究结果显示依恋理论适用于智能手机的使用行为解释,以及手机制造商应该充分关注智能手机的象征性属性。 Due to the close relationship between smartphones and users and their unique public attributes,they are significantly different from other devices,making it unsuitable to explain smartphone usage behavior with the traditional technology adoption theory.This paper introduces attachment theory from psychology into the study of smartphone use,and proposes that mobile functional dependence and mobile identity are the key factors that affect the deep use of smartphone.By collecting 271 valid questionnaires and using structural equation model to analyze data,the model was confirmed.The results show that attachment theory is applicable in explaining smartphone usage behavior;and smartphone manufacturers should pay more attention to the symbolic nature of smartphones.
