摘　　要： 珠三角地区在经历了30年的发展后,面临土地成本和劳动力成本上升、产业结构偏低等问题,珠三角产业结构面临调整,粤北山区和东西两冀成为产业转移承接地之一。本文分析了粤北山区和东西两冀在承接力建设方面存在产业转移园主导产业不清、硬件配套不足、人才缺乏等问题,并提出了健全产业体系建设、加快硬件体系建设、做好人才培养工作几个方面的建议。 Having been developed over 3 decades,Economy of Pearl River Delta region in Guangdong Province,China is confronted with the problems such like rising cost on land and labor,low level industry structure etc.In concern of that,industry structure of the region is faced with change and readjustment.Mountainous area in north part of Guangdong and the east and west of the province are to be locations to take on industry migration.The essay analyses the regional shortages of that on taking on industry migration from the Delta,such as being obscure on designating leading industry of industrial park to take on the industry migration,to be short of complete infrastructure,lack of talent and professional etc.It also give corresponding advices on building a properly developed industry structure,promoting to make sound infrastructure,to develop the training for talent and professionals.
