摘　　要： 汉末王粲为魏侍中,参与兴造有关礼制。其所造制度,影响及于隋唐。本文从学术史角度,考述分析王粲当典章散乱之际,负责修订重建朝廷礼仪制度的主要内容如爵制、服佩制及宫廷雅乐之制等。在此基础上深入追溯其家族汉代山阳高平王氏天人相贯的汉学背景,以阐明王粲典制度的学术渊源,由此兼而说明王粲在曹氏政权中虽居"常伯"之尊修饰礼典,但用世之志远不能真正满足的特殊思想心态。 After the founding of the Wei Kingdom, Wang Can (王粲)was appointed the Shizhong(侍中,an official as the emperor's retinue or aide de camp)and was in charge of rebuilding the ceremonial system destroyed by war in the last years of the Later Han Dynasty. He restored the design of ancient jade pendant, and made anew the palace music and songs as an offer of sacrifice to Heaven and the ancestors etc. And all that he had conducted was closely related to his family's academic background and tradition.
