摘　　要： 目前我国金融风险主要是由于FDI,特别是跨国公司对我国对外贸易的影响 ,致使我国国际收支结构脆弱 ,经常项目的外汇盈余较少 ,承担外债的能力不足 ,再加上隐性外债的存在 ,FDI利润汇出规模的提高以及未来资本项目对外开放的压力 。 At present,our country's financial risk is caused mainly by below factors:foreign direct investment,especially,multinational corporations influencing to foreign trade,which led to international revenue-expenditure structure fragility,current account surplus insufficiency and lack undertaking foreign indebtedness capacities.Additionally,with the increasing of the volume of the conceal foreign indebtedness,the scale of FDI profit remit and the pressure of capital account external opening,the financial risk caused by foreign capital utilization will have a increasing trend.
