摘　　要： 政府规模是指按照一定的组织原则所组成的各级政府及其部门的总和。本文将基于社会福利函数,以公平与效率的视角,建构模型,探索适度的政府规模,并设定评价政府规模的几大指标,为相关部门构建适度政府规模提供借鉴。 Government scale is to point to the sum according to the all of the various levels government been composed of by certain organization principle and their branch.The main body of this article base on the visual angle , construction model with fairness and efficiency, probe moderate government scale , set up several indices of the scale to appraise the government , draw lessons for the relevant branch to construct moderate government scale.
