摘　　要： 课程思政嵌入公安执法课程体系建设的理论基础主要包括社会存在与社会意识辩证关系原理、马克思主义人学理论、“灌输”理论、人格自律理论。课程思政嵌入公安执法课程体系建设的现实基础主要包括契合全面深化公安改革的行动路线,是提高公安人才培养质量的重要手段,是完善公安学类教学课程体系设置的组成部分。课程思政在执法资格等级考试相关课程的设置路径主要包括牢固树立人民警察核心价值观,以执法规范化课程建设为抓手,实现课程思政与执法规范化相关课程的深度融合,强化宪法、法学和公安学基本理论及社会主义法治理念的灌输,突出实践案例教学和完善课程体系设置。 The theoretical basis for embedding curriculum ideology and politics in the curriculum system construction of Public Security Law Enforcement is mainly composed of the dialectical relationship between social existence and social consciousness,Marxist human theory,“indoctrination”theory,and personality self-discipline theory.The realistic foundation involves that it conforms to the action of comprehensively deepening the reform of police,is an important means to improve the quality of police personnel training,and is an integral part of improving the curriculum system of police science teaching.The embedding of curriculum idology and politics in the courses relating to“law enforcement qualification level examination”can be realized by firmly establishing the core values of people's police,by realizing the profound integration of curriculum ideology and politics and the courses relating to law enforcement standardization based on the construction of the law-enforcement-standardization-related courses,by enhancing the teaching of the basic theories of constitution,law,public security and the socialist rule of law,and by highlighting the teaching of practical case and perfecting curriculum system setting.
