摘　　要： 美国高校网球教练采用聘用制,中国高校实行委任制;美国高校网球运动员招生体系规范,生源多样,招生程序严格,中国招生程序严格,录取方式灵活;NCAA网球联赛赛程为三站晋级式,中国大网赛赛程正处于由"两站独立运行"向"三站晋级式"变化的转型期等。 The research finding of the paper show that the American university coaches are employed while the Chinese university coaches are assigned; the enrollment system of the American universities is legal, various and strict while that of the Chinese universities is becoming strict and flexible; NCAA tennis league is three--stop while the tennis match of China is transformed from two-stop to three-stop.
