摘　　要： 高职院校信息技术应用对教师工作绩效具有正向影响作用。通过实证调查,探讨高职院校信息技术应用、教学能力、职业素养和教师绩效的相互作用影响,结果发现高职教师信息应用技术对教师绩效有显著正向影响作用,并且教师能力和职业素养在信息应用技术和教师绩效之间存在完全中介效应。为此,教师不断提升自身现代信息教育技术与专业教学的能力和素养,以适应信息化时代的教育教学改革发展需要。 The application of information technology in vocational colleges has a positive impact on teachers’performance.Through the empirical investigation,this paper discusses the interaction among information technology application,teaching ability,professional quality and teachers’performance in vocational colleges.The results show that the application of information technology has a significant positive impact on teachers’performance.Teaching ability and professional quality have a complete intermediary effect between the application of information technology and teachers’performance.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of education and teaching reform,teachers should constantly improve their ability and quality of applying modern information technology and enhance their professional teaching skills.
