摘 要: 文中以自编的职业价值观量表为工具,对547名高职院校学生进行测量。结果发现,高职院校学生的职业价值观各因子得分处在较高水平。高职生职业价值观部分因子在性别、专业、年级、学制上存在显著差异。为此,针对高职生职业价值观特点,提出高职院校开展职业价值观教育的途径:实施全程化和个性化的职业价值观教育;完善职业价值观教育的课程体系;加强职业价值观培养教师的队伍建设;加强校园文化建设等。 547 vocational college students were surveyed by the career value scale and the results show that higher vocational students' career value is at a high level. Some factors show significant differences in gender, specialty,grade and school year system of vocational students. Based on the such characteristics, we put forward some measures to develop students' career value, including implementing whole-processed and individualized education, refining the curriculum system of work value education, improving faculty team and strengthening the construction of campus culture.
