摘 要: 本文以杨小璐的论文《焦点与级差:现代汉语"才"和"就"的儿童语言习得研究》为出发点,回顾了20世纪上半叶西方儿童语言研究的特点,说明在何种意义上乔姆斯基生成语法理论对儿童语言研究带来了革命性的影响。论文以国际儿童语言研究为参考点,对儿童汉语研究作了一个简短回顾,指出了当前这方面存在的一些局限,并分析了从语言学理论角度去研究儿童语言的具体含义。 On the basis of a discussion of Yang Xiaolu's Focus and Scales:an Experimental Study of L1 Acquisition of CAI and J IU in Mandarin Chinese,this paper reviews the characteristics of child language study in the West in the first half of the twentieth century, and explains why Chomsky's generative linguistics made a revolutionary impact on the field of language acquisition.A brief critical overview is given of child language study in Chinese, placed in the broad context of child language study carried out in the international research community,with its limitations observed.The paper discusses the concrete requirements that must be met by analyses of language acquisition that are based on linguistic theory.
