摘　　要： 民办高职院校要以“立德树人”为根本任务,要围绕“党建工作领航、学工队伍主抓、思政课程引领、课程思政协同、国防教育示范”五个维度,紧扣“全面提高人才培养能力、创新人才培养模式、培养高层次应用型人才”三个着力点,加强模式创新、理论创新等方面的研究,构建“五维一体”全员、全程、全方位协调联动的育人机制,打通“三全育人”工作最后一公里,进而为民办高职思想政治教育工作提供创新思路。 In order to participate in higher education’s mission of“Nurturing Morality Through Education”more efficiently and successfully,private higher vocational colleges should integrate the five dimensions,namely,“piloted by the Party”,“activated by students affair work-teams”,“guided by ideology courses”,“coordinated by supporting morality-oriented curriculum”and“demonstrated by national defense education”.And at the same time,the three purposes should be born in mind and endeavored to achieve,including comprehensively improving talent cultivation capacity,innovating talent cultivation modes,and cultivating high-level practical talents.Thus,we should pour more researches on how to innovate our modes and theories and try to build a“five dimensions in one”mode and the“three-all”talents-nurturing mechanism—“all members involved”,“all the way covered”and“all fronts coordinated and linked”.
