摘　　要： 纽约湾区作为世界一流湾区的代表,其私立大学集聚发展格局,强大的经济产业基础与悠久的办学历史基础,私立高等教育集聚发展态势,世界级顶尖人才在纽约湾区高度集聚,服务社会功能显著,品牌结构特色鲜明等方面的经验,对粤港澳大湾区民办高等职业教育发展具有一定的借鉴作用。针对湾区民办高等职业教育发展实际,粤港澳大湾区在激发“极化效应”吸引世界创新资源集聚,强化“品牌战略”推动办学质量持续提升,打造“螺旋发展”格局助推集聚融合创新,树立“量身定做”理念提升社会服务能力等方面形成了独特的应对策略。 Under the background that the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has become a national development strategy,private higher vocational education is an important part of higher education,and the research on its agglomeration development is very urgent and very meaningful.As a representative of the world-class bay area,the New York Bay Area has a pattern of agglomeration and development of private universities,a strong economic and industrial foundation,a long history of running schools,a trend of agglomeration and development of private higher education,a high concentration of world-class top talents in the New York Bay Area,and the experience in serving the society with significant functions and distinctive brand structure features,which has a certain reference for the private higher vocational education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In view of the actual development of private higher vocational education in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,it is stimulating the"polarization effect"to attract the world's innovative resources to gather,strengthening the"brand strategy"to promote the continuous improvement of the quality of running schools,and creating a"spiral development"pattern to promote agglomeration,integration and innovation.Establishing a"tailor-made"concept to improve social service capabilities has formed a unique coping strategy.
