摘 要: 奥尔森提出的"选择性激励"是防止"搭便车"从而避免集体行动困境的重要理论,但这一理论是以集体行动内部的组织化与制度化为前提的,而对那些弱组织化的集体行动并不具有解释力。在对一次弱组织化的出租车司机集体罢工的个案分析中,提出硬强制动员与软强制动员两个概念,对弱组织化的集体行动何以可能给予了新的解释。 The Selective incentive proposed by Olson is an important theory, which can prevent free rider so as to avoid the predicament of collective actions. However, due to the precondition of the inner organization and institutionalization of collective actions, this theory can not explain weak organized collective actions. By analyzing the case of a weak organized hard and soft compulsory mobilization collective strike of taxi drivers, this article proposes two concepts of the and gives a new explanation to why weak organized collective actions are possible.
