摘　　要： 通过分析一个传统集市变成现代城市广场的城镇化过程,深入探讨了政府(权力)、企业(市场)和居民(社会)等三个不同行动者对城市广场生产过程的影响。政府(权力)通过制定城市规划对城市广场的功能与性质进行定位,主导城市广场的变迁趋向;市场(企业)受到政府的招商引资政策而进入城市广场,逐步变成一支独立的力量从中获取巨大经济利益;以城市居民为代表的社会力量则以维权者的角色来影响城市广场的变迁过程,他们用或与政府谈判或以集体抗争的策略来争取自己应得的拆迁补偿,尽可能保全自己的既有利益不受损失。如此,城镇化过程中城市广场的生产,体现了政府、市场与社会三个行动者之间为实现各自利益目标而相互博弈的复杂竞争的实质,这一过程并不是单方面地受政府主宰的结果。 This paper, via field work, investigates urbanization process of traditional fair into modern urban square from three different participants perspectives the government （power）, market （enterprise） and society （residents）. The government position through the urban planning of urban square function and nature, tends to dominate the urban square; The market based on the government investment policy gradually becomes an independent force to obtain huge economic benefit; The urban residents as the representative of the social forces influence the changes of urban square, negotiating with the government and fighting for their own rights. Thus, the essence of urban square production in the process of urbanization is the complicated competition game among the government, market and society to realize their respective interests, rather than the government unilaterally dominates the results.
