摘　　要： 学生对学校的感情是好还是坏，是深还是浅，关键在于学校。一方面，无论是学习还是生活或者管理上学校要创造令学生满意的条件；另一方面，学校要加强宣传，重视对学生的爱校教育。认同教育是爱校教育前奏，对于民办高校来说是一项重要的内功修炼，要从多方面下功夫。本文重点论述了民办高校做好学生认同教育的努力方向。 The students＇ affection of whether good or bad, deep or shallow to their school mainly lies in the school. On the one hand, the school should create satisfactory conditions to the students whatever in learning or living or managing. On the other hand, the school should increase propaganda and pay attention to the education of students＇ affection to their school. Identity education is the basis of the education of students＇ affection to their school. It is one of the key points for Private Colleges and Universities. Therefore this paper emphasizes on the effort direction of how to do a good job in identity education of the students.
