摘　　要： 如何将所学知识,转化为技能,这需要用第一课堂实训和第二课堂实践来搭桥。以成果导向理论为基础,调研企业岗位对毕业生的要求,明确并细化技能培养目标,形成专业核心技能证书。根据不同证书要求,提炼第一课堂实训与第二课堂实践项目,进行量化考核与管理,逐渐形成项目化实训与技能证书对应的实践教学模式,培养"上岗即上手"的秘书人才。 How to transform what you have learned into skills,it requires a combination of the first classroom training and the second classroom practice. Based on the results-oriented theory,this paper investigates the requirements of graduates for corporate positions,clarify and refine the skills training objectives,and form professional core skills certificates. According to different certificate requirements,the first classroom training and the second classroom practice project are refined,quantitative assessment and management are carried out,and the practical teaching mode corresponding to the project-based training and skill certificate is gradually formed,and the secretary talents who are easy to get started are trained.
