摘 要: 本论文以利益诉求的均衡性为出发点,提出建立秘书实务实训教学与大学生第二课堂互动运行机制。探讨了这种机制运行的具体做法以及实施效果,为秘书实务实训教学提供有益借鉴。 In this thesis, the equilibrium interest demands as a starting point, proposed the establishment of 'secretarial practice' practical teaching and classroom interaction college second operation mechanism. To investigate the effect of the specific practices and the implementation of such a mechanism is running to provide useful reference for 'secretarial practice' practical teaching.
