摘　　要： 国内外对第二语言口语流利性都作过一些研究，并取得了一定的理论成果。将这些理论成果与我国的英语教学实际有机结合起来，必将促进我国英语学习者口语流利性的获得与发展。 Researches on oral fluency of second language have been conducted abroad and in China, and some theoretical achievements have been made. Application of these achievements to English teaching in China will certainly promote acquisition and development of oral fluency of the English learners.
