摘　　要： 加强对科普工作机制的研究,有利于进一步整合、调动社会力量和资源开展科普活动,逐步形成政府推动、部门协作、全民参与的科普工作格局。广东通过深入开展创建科普示范社区和"科教进社区"活动,探索具有广东特色的社区科普工作"大联合、大协作"长效机制。通过对广东农村社区科普工作的组织、运作和活动机制现状进行阐述,分析广东农村社区科普工作机制的发展趋势,从优化农村社区科普工作机制环境、加强农村社区科普组织能力建设、完善农村社区科普工作管理机制等3个方面提出完善广东农村社区科普工作机制的政策建议。 Enhancing the research on working mechanism of science popularization is beneficial to further integrate, mobilize social forces and resources to carry out the science popularization activities, gradually forms a popular science work pattern of government push, departments coordination and national participation. Through constructing popular science demonstration community and carry out ＂science and education into the community＂ activities, Guangdong explores the long-term mechanism of community popular science work with Guangdong characteristics. In this article, authors elaborate the organization, operation and activity mechanism status of Guangdong rural community popular science work, analyze the development trend of Guangdong rural community popular science work mechanism, and put forward some policy suggestions to perfect the mechanism of Guangdong rural community popular science work from three aspects： to optimize the system environment, to strengthen the organization ability construction, to improve the management mechanism of rural community popular science work, and so on.
