摘　　要： 为揭示中国经济服务化进程特征及其与美国的差距,文章基于中国和美国多期投入产出资料,采用投入产出法和综合指标法,对两国现代服务业内部结构的演变趋势进行比较研究。结果表明,中国现代服务业存在投入服务化程度低、服务业内部结构低端化、劳动者报酬份额低、服务终端消费率走低、对国民经济的支撑能力差、对新增就业吸纳能力弱化等突出矛盾,需要有效利用服务业的自我增强机制,并通过提高劳动者报酬、增强劳动者素质以及促进服务业市场化改革等手段来挖掘中国现代服务业的发展潜力。 In order to understand the characteristics of China's service economy and the gap with the United States,this paper uses input-output method and comprehensive index method to compare the internal structure's evolution trend of China's and America's modern service industry.The results show that China's modern service industry exhibits many prominent contradictions such as low level service input,low end internal structure,low share labor compensation,lower service terminal consumption rate,poor industrial connection effectand its weakening ability to absorb new employment.Therefore,it's necessary to use the service industry self-enhancement mechanism effectively,to increase the employees' remuneration,to enhance the labors' quality and to deepen the market reform so to materialize China's modern service industry development potential.
