摘　　要： "互联网+双创"背景下,传统外贸增长进入平缓下降期,跨境电商成了一种新型商业运营模式。在此形势下,跨界融合型人才严重缺乏。作为人才培养主体之一的高职商务英语专业需要及时调整人才培养目标,与企业、行业协同共建"商教"两用育人平台,优化课程设置、师资队伍、实践教学及教学评价四大保障体系,力求培养更多懂英语、通外贸、熟悉跨境电商运营管理及平台操作技能的跨界融合型人才。 At the age of “Internet +”and “Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation”, traditional foreign trade has gradually declined and cross-border e-commerce has become a new business mode. Under this situation, there is a serious shortage of cross-border talents. As one of the main parts of talent training, Business English majors in Higher Vocational colleges need to adjust their training objectives in time, cooperate with enterprises and industries to build a dual-purpose education platform and optimize the curriculum, teaching staff, practical teaching and teaching evaluation systems, striving to cultivate more cross-border talents who do well in English, foreign trade and cross-border e-commerce operation.
