摘 要: 明晰自恋型领导对员工创新行为的影响作用及自我创新效能感的中介作用,对更好地激发员工创新行为具有重要意义。基于社会认知理论,采用284名企业员工两阶段的调查问卷数据,运用分层回归分析方法及PROCESS宏程序验证了变量间的关系,研究表明自恋型领导正向影响员工创新行为;创新自我效能感在自恋型领导与员工创新行为间起部分中介作用。因此,推动员工的创新行为在于发挥自恋型领导的积极作用,增强员工对创新性成功的信念。 It is of great significance to clarify the effect of narcissistic leadership on employees’innovation behavior and the mediating role of creative self-efficacy.Based on the social cognition theory,the two-stage questionnaire data of 284 employees were used to verify the relationship between variables by using hierarchical regression analysis method and PROCESS macro program.The results show that narcissistic leadership positively affects employee innovative behavior and creative self-efficacy plays a partial mediating role between narcissistic leadership and employees’innovative behavior.Therefore,employees’innovative behavior can be promoted by playing the positive role of narcissistic leadership and enhancing employees’belief in innovative success.
