摘　　要： 现有关于知识异质性与知识创新绩效的研究出现了两种截然相反的结论。为解释这一矛盾,通过文献研究剖析知识异质性对知识创新绩效的影响路径,发现知识异质性的部分维度促进了组织成员间的知识交流,另一部分维度则有可能通过知识冲突降低成员的交流意愿。为了确保知识创新绩效的提高,在知识异质性与知识创新绩效之间引入知识协同变量,运用其5大过程机制强化知识异质性的正向影响,弱化其负面作用,促进知识创新。 There are two opposite conclusions in previous researches about the relationship between knowledge heterogenei‐ty and knowledge innovation performance .This article analyses the path from knowledge heterogeneity to knowledge inno‐vation performance ,indicating that some dimensions of knowledge heterogeneity promote the exchange among organization members while the others reduce the willingness to communicate through knowledge conflicts .The research introduces five process mechanisms of knowledge collaboration between the two variables to strengthen the positive effects of knowledge heterogeneity and weaken the negative influences to ensure the promotion of knowledge innovation performance .
