摘　　要： “经济人”是一种关于人的普遍行为准则和目标追求的人性假设，它在经济活动具有道德属性，这是市场经济条件下进行道德建设的前提条件，而同时它也且定道德限度，制度伦理建设具有相当的重要性，道德的“经济人”的最终实现还必须经过从他律到自律的转化。 Economy being' is a reasonable hypothesis based on the universal code of conduct and the pursuit of an object of human beings.The moral attribute of “economic being' in economic activities provides a presupposition for moral construction under market economy.“Economy being' is subject to certain moral restrictions.Hence the importance of setting up institutional ethics.Moral “economy being' can only be achieved through a conversion of being disciplined into self-discipine.
