摘　　要： 文中探讨了法律基础课教学中运用案例教学法的方法、意义以及应该注意的问题,认为案例教学法是一种科学的教学方法,是推进素质教育的重要体现。 The paper discusses several important ways and significances of the Case Method of Teaching in the basic course of jurisprudence .The author believes that the case method is by far the most powerful way to learn the abilities required to study, and to communicate with each other for students.The Case Method creates a classroom in which students succeed not by simply absorbing legal facts and theories, but also by exercising the skills of analysis and synthesis in the face of complicated problems.
