摘　　要： 在高职高专英语课堂中培养英语自主学习能力是提高教学质量的基础,是达到掌握运用英语的重要途径之一。本文着重论述了英语自主学习的含义,学生进行英语自主学习的必要性以及如何在高职高专英语课堂教学中培养学生的学习自主性。 To promote learner autonomy in college English classes in polytechnic and technical college is the basis of improving teaching quality and one of important way of using English. The focuses of this paper are the meaning of learner autonomy and how to foster the development of learner autonomy and necessity in college English classes in polytechnic and technical college.
