摘　　要： 地方院校是地方独特自然人文环境所塑造的文化产物,是地方文化传承创新的重要载体,传承创新地方文化,在人才培养、科学研究和社会服务等方面发展自己的办学特色,是地方院校的必然选择。 Local colleges are cultural products shaped by local unique natural and human environment.They are important carriers of local cultural inheritane and innovation.Thus,it is the inevitable choice for local colleges to inherit and innovate the local culture,and develop their own school characteristics in terms of personnel training,scientific research and social services.
