摘 要: 2019年,中国新媒体以有序系统的多元主体共治、迭代更新的技术共融、新媒体行业之间的平衡共建、用户参与生产与传播的内容共享为特征,呈现出系统、动态、平衡、人本的信息生态。具体而言,从政府到企业,积极推动相关政策法规出台,聚力社群和网民等多元主体的网络共治;5G赋能传统媒体的转型融合,"四全"媒体建设持续发力;主流媒体和商业平台在传播层面的互动渐成常态,继续发力舆论生态的共建;互联网对用户的影响日渐深入,用户工作生活空间的网络化,网络空间的生活化,为用户共享新媒体红利提供了越来越多的可能。 In 2019,new media features the co-governance of multiple subjects in an orderly system,the integration of up-to-date technology,balanced co-construction between industries in the new media industry,and user-generated and disseminated content sharing,presenting a systematic,dynamic,balanced and humanistic information ecosystem.In particular,both government and enterprises actively promote the release of relevant policies and regulations and integrates the efiorts of diversified participants such as communities and netizens to enhance effectiveness of online co-govemance.5G empowers traditional media to transform and integrate faster while"Four-Full-Power-Media"is continuing to develop.The interaction between mainstream media and business platforms is becoming the norm,which promotes the construction of public opinion ecology and the impact of the Internet on users is deepening with the cyberization of users*working and Eving spaces as well as the humanization of cyberspace,which provides more and more possibilities for users to share new media dividends.
