摘 要: 目前中国科技资源配置效率区域之间差异较大,并突出地表现出较高的纯技术效率与较低的规模效率。将三阶段DEA模型和Bootstrap-DEA方法相结合对中国科技资源配置效率空间差异进行实证分析,可以看出,经济发展水平和教育投入的提高是改革科技资源配置效率主因素,而工业发展、外资依存度和开放程度的增加不能明显改善科技资源配置效率的空间布局。另外,Bootstrap纠偏后的各区域科技资源配置效率有所下降,其中东部和中部地区的效率下降显著。 innovative country of great value to achieve strategic objectives.
