摘　　要： 公共文化服务体系是在我国社会主义市场经济建设过程中,随着改革开放的不断深化而提出的建设服务型政府的重要内容之一。自中国共产党十八次全国代表大会召开以来,许多专家、学者对公共文化服务的体系建设、育人功能、社会价值等进行了广泛论述。其中,公共文化的育人功能既关系到公共文化服务体系的建立和完善,又关系到公共文化服务的社会价值的全面实现。因此,在"互联网+"的背景下和推进公共文化服务均等化的过程中,必须充分重视其育人功能的实现。 The public cultural service system is one of the important contents of the construction of service oriented government in the course of the construction of socialist market economy in China. Since the eighteen National Congress of the Communist Party of China, more experts and scholars have made extensive discussion on the construction of public cultural service system, educational function, and social value and so on. The educational function of public culture is not only related to the establishment and improvement of the public cultural service system, but also related to the comprehensive realization of the social value of the public cultural service. Therefore, under the background of Internet ＋,in the process of promoting the equalization of cultural services, we must pay great attention to the realization of its educational function.
