摘　　要： 高校思想政治理论课教学面对的现实困境是学生来源广、教学班级容量大、课堂管理难。提高高校思想政治理论课教学的实效性,教师应遵循教育教学规律,适应大班教学的特点,活用"严、优、巧、情"四字诀,努力提高课堂教学的约束力、感染力、吸引力和亲和力。 The teaching of college ideological and political theory course is faced with such difficulties as wider source of students, large-class teaching and difficult management in class To improve the effectiveness of teaching college ideological and political theory course, the teachers should follow the law of education and teaching, adapt themselves to the features of large-class teaching, intelligently use the＂strict-excellent-clever-affectionate＂four-character knack, and make efforts to improve the binding, infection, attraction and affinity in classroom teaching.
