摘　　要： 运用问卷调查和个案访谈方法对长沙市三所高校的在校已婚研究生家庭价值趋向进行了调查研究,结果发现:传统的"男主外、女主内"性别角色分工意识和学历教育对他们的家庭价值趋向有着重要的影响。据此建议高校及相关部门提供积极的社会支持,促进在校已婚研究生家庭和谐,学业有成。 A questionnaire survey with additional interviews was conducted on married postgraduates in three universities in Changsha. The investigation shows that the traditional rigid gender roles that ＂Men mind the external affairs while women the internal＂ and degree education have great influence on the tendency of their family value. The paper in this way holds that the universities and related departments provide them with positive social support to promote their family harmony and their schooling achievements.
