摘　　要： 优势学科的发展是衡量一所高校综合实力的重要标准,并对于该校在众多高校激烈的竞争中具有决定性的作用。本文旨在通过了解优势学科的特征,详细分析了高校优势学科的影响因素及其相互作用的规律。在此基础之上,提出了我国高校优势学科建设的若干原则和对策建议。 Flagship disciplines are important for the measurement of universities＇comprehensive strength and decis-ive for the competition among universities.This article analyzes the concepts and factors of flagship disciplines.En-lightened by the intimate factors and interactive rule,the authors propose principles of building flagship disciplines as well as suggestions for Chinese higher education institutions.
