摘　　要： 专业批发市场是市场经济分工和专业化及节约交易成本的结果。通过对广州市专业批发市场形成机理以及广州市白马服装批发市场的剖析、研究表明:地租成本、运输成本以及集聚因素等在广州市专业批发市场中发挥了重要作用;同时,地租成本的上升以及电子商务的出现等对传统专业批发市场产生了巨大冲击。因此,要对专业批发市场的发展进行合理规划,注重发挥互联网技术及电子商务的重要作用,从而提升专业批发市场的竞争能力,促进其转型升级。 Specialized wholesale market is the result of market economic division of labor, specialization and saving transaction costs. Through the analysis of the development history and formation mechanism, it points out that in the process of its formation, rents costs, transportation costs and agglomeration factors are very important. With the example of Guangzhou Whitehorse Clothing Wholesale Market, it points out that the rise of current rent costs and the e-commerce have impacted on the development of the tradition specialized wholesale market. Hence, the development of the market should be planned reasonably, it should pay more attention to the important role of internet technology and e-commerce so that it can promote its competitive ability and its transformation and upgrading.
