摘　　要： 习近平青年工作思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,是凝聚青年、赢得青年、培育青年、做好青年工作的行动指南。文章分析了习近平青年工作思想形成的理论渊源与现实依据,归纳总结了十八大以来部分学者关于习近平青年工作思想的理论内涵、指导运用与当代价值的研究成果。我们开展与研究青年工作,必须坚持党的领导,以价值引领为重点,以锻炼实践为途径,发挥群团组织作用,这样才能推动青年工作的稳步发展。 Xi Jinping’s youth work thought is an important part of Socialism with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping’s new epoch,it is guides to agglomerate,gain the youth,fostering the youth and how to do the youth job.The current research on Xi Jinping’s youth work thought is still in its infancy.Most of them are propaganda,interpretation and theoretical research.The path and scheme of specific practice and the practical research combined with other disciplines are relatively few.It has not yet constituted a systematic ideological system for Xi Jinping’s youth work.The article reviews the main issues of the Xi Jinping’s youth work thought after the 18th CPC National Congress,makes a summary and analysis of it,and provide reference for the in-depth study of Xi Jinping’s youth work thought.
